About the Book
Frankie was born on a beautiful August day with a litter of eight puppies.
Frankie’s mom and dad are blue French bulldogs and take such great care of their litter.
When the litter was old enough, Frankie’s littermates started being adopted to great families, but they overlooked the little blue boy with the birth defect.

About the Author
Stacy Patrick is a self proclaimed serial entrepreneur beginning in 2003 with a Clever Gift Shop in Kingston, Wa. A year later she opened her dream business Lucky Star Consignment Clothing.
She now has 3 stores and 1 license store in Washington State.
After Stacy and Jason (and our community) lost their two beloved shop pugs Sid & April, A huge hole needed to be filled!
Along came Frank Sinatra “Frankie” the blue French bulldog to lift everyone’s spirits and brighten their day!
Stacy just knew she needed to tell the story of Frankie The Lightning Bolt Dog!
When Stacy and Frankie are not at Lucky Star, they are on the Hood Canal in a kayak enjoying the water with the Olympic Mountains on view.

About the Illustrator
Frida Haas is an artist from Kitsap County, Washington.
A native of Sweden, Frida has made her home in Washington State since around the age of 20. A 2006 graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in visual arts, Frida has since been busy pursuing her artistic career in face & body art, performance art, competitive speed painting, illustration, portraiture, and more. After being spotted in an art competition, Frida was commissioned by the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks to speed paint portraits of their draft picks live at their 2022 NFL Draft Day event.
When she’s not creating art, Frida spends her time with her husband and 3 children, several goats, pigs, chickens, and other animals at her home near Kingston, WA. Her work can be seen at https://fridahaas.com, or find her on various social media platforms.
The Real Frankie the Lightning Bolt Dog
Frank Sinatra “Frankie” is a blue French bulldog that actually has a kinked tail in the shape of a lightning bolt. He was the last adopted blue Frenchie in the litter. He goes everywhere with his parents Stacy and Jason and brother Paul Stanley “Paulie” the Pug. When his parents are working their business Lucky Star Consignment Clothing, the brothers sleep in a pack ‘n play crib behind the counter.
